NORTH SHORE MOUNTAIN BIKE ASSOCIATION TRAIL - BOOGIEMAN

So many of the trails on Mt Seymour (and Mount Fromme) are maintained by the North Shore Mountain Bike Association (NSMBA). This volunteer-based organization works hard to maintain the trails and keep them accessible for everyone. They also organize events, like the NSMBA Fiver series. From easy green runs to challenging black diamond technical terrain, you'll find something for all skill levels at Mt Seymour.

The North Shore mountain bike community is a great place to meet like-minded bikers, get advice on trails or repairs, and share stories of your latest adventures.
